WHILE DOING PILLAR EXTRACTION MINING ON THE 001 SECTION A MASSIVE ROOF FALL OCCURRED. THE FINAL PUSH ON THE 2 LEFT BLOCK WAS BEING MINED. THE ROCK FELL ABOVE PERMANENT ROOF SUPPORTS AND OVERRO DE THE SUPPORT POST ALLOWING THE CONTINUOUS MINER AND COAL HAULER TO BE TRAPPED. THE INJURED WAS POSITIONED OUTBY THE MINER AND BETWEEN THE BREAKER AND ROADWAY POSTS OBSERVING THE ROOF. WHEN
