EMPL DRIVING EMPTY TRUCK BACK TO SHOVEL FOR A LOAD,APPARENTLY WENT TO SLEEP & TRUCK LEFT THE ROADWAY,CLIMBED THE BERM THEN FELL DOWN 45' TO NEXT BENCH LANDING ON LEFT SIDE ROLLING ONTO THE TOP .DRIVER FELL FROM CAB AND WAS CRUSHED BY ROLLING ROCKS.
