WORKING ON A ELEVATED PLATFORM APPROX. 100' IN THE AIR. WAS COMING DOWN WHEN VICTIM FORGOT TO DISCONNECT WELDING GROUND LEAD FROM WORK AREA. PLATFORM TILTED AND GROUND CABLE STRUCK VICTIM IN H EAD CAUSING UNCONSCIOUSNESS. VICTIM THEN ROLLED OUT OF PLATFORM AND FELL TO GROUND. VICTIM WAS KILLED.
