VICTIM WAS RIDING THE 1 BELT INSIDE THE MINE GOING TO THE ACTIVE WORKING SECTION AND HIT A ROCK WHICH HAD FALLEN SOMETIME BETWEEN 800 P.M. ON 5-16-91 AND 605 AM ON 5-17-91.
