VICTIM CAME FROM FACE AREA FLL AREA TO HELP IN CLEANING UP FALL & HELPED FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES. THEN VICTIM & FOREMAN STARTED TO LEAVE AREA FOR HOME & ROOF ROCK FELL STRIKING & KILLING VICTIM. AREA WAS MINED 10 YEARS AGO & WAS 4 BREAKS INBY PORTALS BUILT BY PREVIOUS OPERATOR.
