EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING THE #3 MOBILE BRIDHE CARRIER,LOCATED BEHIND THE MINER IN THE #3 ENTRY WHEN A ROCK FELL FROM THE ROOF MEASURING APPROXIMATELY 70'X20'X5-7'H ONTO THE MOBILE BRIDGE CARRIER CAUSING FAAL INJURIES TO HIM.
