HE TOOK A GUARD OFF NO. 2 BELT LINE TAKE-UP FOR WHAT REASON WE DO NOT KNOW, RESULTING IN HIM BEING CAUGHT BETWEEN TAKE-UP STATIONARY ROLLER AND BELT, RESULTING IN A FATAL ACCIDENT. HIS JOB WAS A BELTMAN.
