SHUTTLE CAR WAS TRAVELING TOWARD THE DUMP WHEN A PIECE OF ROCK CAME DOWN FROM BETWEEN THE ROOF BOLTS. THE ROCK LANDED IN THE DECK OF THE SHUTTLE CAR.
