EMPL SUFFERED FATAL CRUSHING INJURY ROOFBOLTING IN 2-1 X-CUT ON 2114 SECTION. HEAD BECAME CAUGHT BETWEEN DRILL BOOM ARM AND DRILL STATION CANOPY WHICH WAS PLACED AGAINST 53" ROOF HEIGHT.
