THE #2144 SECTION HAD SET UP A FINAL PUSHOUT FOR THE #131 BLOCK, AND HAD LOADED 3 OR 4 SHUTTLE CARS OF COAL. AT APPROX 11 AM, A ROOF FALL OCCURRED IN THE INTERSECTION, THE PUSHOUT BEING MINDE D. THE VICTIM, EE, WAS FATALLY INJURED WHEN HE WAS STRUCK BY THE FALLING ROOF.
