VICTIM IS BELIEVED TO HAVE CLIMBED CONVEYOR BELT SUPPORT STRUCTURE. IN AN UNKNOWN FASHION, WHILE ON BELT STRUCTURE, VICTIM CAME IN CONTACT WITH THE RETURN BELT IDLER AND SUFFERED FATAL INJURI ES.
