VICTIM WAS DRIVING A LOADED COAL TRUCK DOWN A ELEVATED ROAD WAY AND APPARENTLY TRIED TO SHIFT GEAR HE GO THE TRUCK IN NEUTRAL AND COULD NOT GET IT BACK IN GEAR WHILE GAINING EXCESSIVE SPEED.HE DROVE THE TRUCK INTO A STOCK PILE KILLING HIM INSTANTLY.
