WHILE TRAVELING FROM THE 005-0 UNIT TO THE 1-A SLOPE BOTTOM. THE EMPLOYEE WAS FATALLY INJURED WHEN THE NO. 1 6-TON N.M.S. TRACK LOCOMOTIVE HE WAS OPERATING COLLIDED WITH THE NO. 4 6-TON N.M.S. TRACK LOCOMOTIVE AT THE NO. 1 SWITCH (SS# 6962). THE NO. 4 MOTOR WAS TRAVLEING FROM THE NO. 1 SECTION.
