EMPL DOING REPAIRS ON CONTINUOUS MINER WATER SYSTEM SOLONOID VALVES LOCATED NEAR CONVEYOR CHAIN.EMPL STARTED MACHINE RIPPER HEAD WHILE NEAR CONVEYOR ADN APPARENTLY STARTED THE CONVEYOR INSTEAD .NO EYE WITNESSES.CRUSHED BETWEEN CHAIN AND CONVEYOR TUNNEL GUARD.OCCURRED ON ACTIVE 002-0 SECTION IN NO 6 ENTRY.
