VICTIM WAS IN DANGEROUS POSITION AND WHEN LOADER ENGINE WAS STARTED BECAME TRAPPED BETWEEN LOADER BUCKET & ARM CAUSING SEVERE INTERNAL INJURIES WHICH LED TO DEATH.
