EE WAS ON EXCAVATOR. HE WAS IN LOOSE ROCK ON HILLSIDE. HE LOST CONTROL WHEN TRACK GOT ON ROCK. THE EXCAVATOR ROLLED PINNING THE EE UNDERNEATH.
