THE EMPLOYEE WAS GOING TO PARK SHUTTLE CAR. THE CAR CAME INTO CONTACT WITH CABLE WIRING. AS THE EMPLOYEE EXITED SHUTTLE CAR HE CAME INTO CONTACT WITH THE METAL FRAME WHICH CAUSED ELECTRIC SHOC K.
