CONTRACTOR CONTRACTED TO DISASSEMBLE AND MOVE PORTABLE CONVEYORS. WHILE CONVEYOR SECTIONS WERE BEING LOADED ON SUBCONTRACTORS TRUCK. A SECTION DROPPED CRUSHING THE SUBCONTRACTERS TRUCK DRIVER. THE MINE WAS CLOSED FOR THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS BUT THE CONTRACTOR WAS DOING A JOB HE WAS CONTRACTED TO DO.
