THE VICTIM WAS HAULING A LOAD OF OVERBURDEN MATERIAL ALONG THE STONE ACCESS ROAD WHEN HE LOST CONTROL OF THE ROCK TRUCK HE WAS OPERATING. THE TRUCK ROLLED APPROXIMATELY 600 FEET OVER AN EMBANK MENT RESULTING IN FATAL INJURIES.
