BOOM ON BOOM TRUCK CAAME IN CONTACT WITH POWER LINE 13,200V. VICIM WAS HOLDING ONTO BOOM CABLE PREPARING TO HOOK UP FOR A LIFT, WHEN BOOM WAS SWUNG INTO THE LINE RESULTING IN ELECTRICUTION.
