VICTIM WAS CLEARING OUT THE SCRUBBER.ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING WITH A SLEDGE HAMMER ABOUT 20 FT ABOVE THE VICTIM.THE SLEDGE HAMMER SLIPPED OUT OF THE EMPLOYEES HAND HITTING THE VICTIM ON TH E RIGHT SIDE OF THE HEAD AND CAUSED HIM TO FALL ABOUT 14 FEET TO GROUND LEVEL INTO LOOSE EARTH.
