WHILE IN THE MINE. THE INJURED EE WAS FOLLOWING BEHIND A CAT FRONT END LOADER.WHEN IT WENT THRU A VENTILATION CURTAIN. THE CAT BACKED UP AND RAN OVER THE GO CART OPERATOR.
