EMPLOYEE WAS UNDER THE TRUCK SHOP SERVICE TRUCK WORKING ON THE EXHAUST SYSTEM WHEN THHE HEAT SHIELD WHICH WAS HOOK TO THE EXHAUST PIPE CAME IN CONTACT WITH THE STARTER. THIS STARTED THE TRUCK WHICH RAN OVER THE VICTIMS UPPER CHEST AND HEAD CAUSING WHICH RAN OVER THE VICTIMS UPPER CHEST AND HEAD CAUSING DEATH. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO ANY EQUIPMENT. NO CHOCKS AND EMERG BRAKE NOR AP
