EE HAD BACKED UP TO THE BERM TO DUMP WHEN HE WAS NOTIFIED HE HAD A WHEEL MOTOR FIRE. THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT THEN CAUGHT ON FIRE AND HE WAS BURNED AS HE DECENDED THE LADDER.
