OPERATOR FOR UNKNOWN REASON CAME OUT OF CAB COMPARTMENT AND WAS TRANSFERED BY MOVEMENT OF TRACK TO FRONT OF DOZER WHER HE WENT OVER END OF TRACK AND WAS CRUSHED.
