DRIVER HAD EMPTIED TRANSFER AND WAS APPARENTLY ON PROCESS OF DISCONNECTING TRACTOR FROM DUMPSTER. THAT WAS ON A SLIGHT GRADE AND UPON DISCONNECTION DUMPSTER STARTED TO ROLL. DRIVER RAN AFTER D UMPSTER AND GOT IN FRONT STABITEZER WHEEL WHICH RAN OVER HIM THERE WERE NO WITNESS.
