THE VICTIM WAS USING A RUBBER-TIRED DOZER TO PUSH TRUCKS OUT OF THE PIT. HE HAD PUSHED ONE TRUCK OUT OF THE PIT AND WAS BACKING DOWN THE RAMP WHEN HE APPARENTLY LOST CONTROL OF THE DOZER. THE DOZER TRAVELED DOWN THE RAMP AND WENT OVER THE BERM. THE DOZER FELL INTO THE PIT WHICH CONTAINED 30 FEET OF WATER.
