WHILE HELPING REPAIR THE BELT DRIVE CHAIN, HE POSITIONED HIMSELF BETWEEN THE BELT AND FRAME, THE BELT UNEXPECTEDLY STARTED, PULLING HIM INTO BELT DRIVE.
