INJURED WAS ATTEMPTING TO SCOOP FROM BEHIND THE #1 BRIDGE CARRIER WHEN HIS SCOOP MUST HAVE BECOME LODGED AND OR HUNG AGAINST THE LO-LO BELT STRUCTURE OR POSSIBLY THE SOFT MINE FLOOR.WHEN THE S COOP DISLODGED/UNHUNG THE MOMENTUM WAS SO GREAT THAT THE SCOOP LUNGED FORWARD FORCING THE DECK OF THE SCOOP UNDERNEATH THE BRIDGE CONVEYOR TRAPPING VICTIM.THIS INFORMATION WAS OBTAINED BY EVI
