VICTIM WAS ASSISTING THE AUGER OPERATOR CHANGE CUTTING BITS.BOTH MEN WERE STANDING IN THE CONVEYOR WITH THE ENGINES "OFF" WHEN A THIRD EMPLOYEE STARTED THE CONVEYOR ENGINE CAUSING THE CONVEYOR TO MOVE INADVERTENTLY CAUSING FATAL INJURIES TOTHE VICTIM AS HE WAS CARRIED UNDER THE AUGER BARREL AND INTO THE CONVEYOR CHUTE.
