VICTIM AND CO-WORKERS WERE MOVING A LONGWALL STAGELOADER USING 2 SHIELDS TO PUSH THE ENTIRE STAGELOADER, CRUSHER AND TAILPIECE CRAWLER ASSEMBLY. THEY USED A WATER DUKE TO KEEP THE MACHINERY A WAY FROM THE WIDE SIDE RIB IN THE BELT ENTRY. THEY HA DPUSHED TWICE LIKE THIS. THE VICTIM WAS ON THE OTHER (TIGHT) SIDE OF THE STAGELOADER, AWAY FROM THE DUKE, THEY PUSHED A THIRD TIME. INJ
