EMPLOYEE WAS HAULING A LOAD OF BLOCKS ON THE SCOOP THAT HE WAS OPERATING.HIS HEAD APPARENTLY BECAME CAUGHT BETWEEN THE SCOOP AND THE RIB AS HE ROUNDED A CORNER.
