A LARGE ROOF FALL OCCURRED THE INTERSECTION AREA AS DESCRIBED ON THE ACAMDING 7001 FORM WHICH RESULTED IN THE DEATH OF EE. WHOSE BODY WAS RECOVERED ALONG THE CONT. MINER WHERE HE WAS APPARENTL Y HELPING WITH THE CABLE AT THE TIME OF THE FALLTHIS AREA WAS PERMANENTLY SUPPORTED.
