A 20' CUT WAS TAKEN IN THE 7 ENTRY. THE 14-10 MINER WAS BACK OUT TO SUPPORTED TOP. THE MINE OWNER, MINE FOREMAN, ELECTRICIAN AND MINER OPERATOR WERE INSPECTING THE PAN ON THE 14-10 MINER. A HO RSEBACK 40'X20'XTO 10' WIDE AND 4' TO 5 1/2' THICK FELL ON EE.
