EMPLOYEE HAD A MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT. HE WAS DRIVING ON A DIRT AND GRAVEL ROAD. HIS VEHICLE OVERTURNED AND HE WAS THROWN FROM THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE THEN ROLLED ONTO EMPLOYEE.
