WORK ACTIVITIES OF VICTIM AT TIME OF ACCIDENT ARE NOT KNOWN. BELEIVED HE WAS GOING OUT TO FLOATING PUMP TO WIRE PUMP MOTOR TO POWER CABEL. OTHER EMPS ON PROPWRTY SAW EMPTY BOAT ON POND AND WEN T TO LOOK FOR HIM. DIVERS FOUND HIM 20' FROM SHORE IN ABOUT 15' OF WATER ON POND SIDE NEAR TRUCK.
