EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING 6' SPLIT-SET BOLTS AND WIRE MESH FOR GROUND SUPPORT IN THE LAST ROUND BLASTED USING A JACKLEG DRILL FOR INSTALLATION OF GROUND SUPPORT. DURING BOLTING CYCLE, A MAJOR FA LL OF GROUND OCCURRED BURYING EMPLOYEE.
