Employee jumped from an excavator to a haul truck. Fell approx. 7' sustaining head and back pain. Employee refused assistance and medical attention.

EMPLOYEE JUMPED FROM THE SIDE OF PICK-UP TRUCK, LANDED ACKWARDLY AND JARRED HIS BACK. NOT INITIALLY BAD, BUT GOT WORSE OVER TIME.
EMPLOYEE WAS LIFTING STEEL WITH THE BOOM TRUCK. WHEN HE STARTED TO LIFT THE STEEL, IT SLID BACK, PINCHING FINGER INTO TRUCK.
SPEED OF PLANT WAS INCREASED APPROX 25% ABOVE NORMAL WHICH CREATED EXTRA STRAIN ON THE LOADER OEPRATOR'S WRIST WHILE MANAGING FEEDING THE PLANT.
