After trespassing onto mine property and wandering around the mine site after dark, one of the two trespassers slipped on some loose gravel and fell off of a highwall suffering severe head and body trauma.

Emplyoyee was operating loader when the mine supervisor noticed the loader was inactive and the employee was seen slumped over in the cab. The mine supervisor called 911, entered the cab and began administering cpr. It was determined he had suffered a heart attack.
