Exessive water flows from the Fountain Creek, combined with high flows from the Arkansas river apparently caused weakening of the south berm between the Arkansas river and our mining operation, resulting in a breach of the south berm which put our pit underwater. Failure accured Late Sunday night 07-09-06 or early morning 07-10-06. No one was on location at the time of breach.
