We came back to work from the holiday and there was snow to clean up. Employee slipped off a step outside the scale office. Employee tore their quad tendon in their left leg.

Stepped on uneven ground while walking near plant.

A spring was being installed on the wet deck when it broke striking the employee in the hand wrist area causing a sprained thumb.

The employee fell off a dozer while fueling the machine. He fractured/dislocated his right thumb.

EE WAS ASSISTING THE MECHANIC IN TURNING THE CUTTING EDGES ON LOADER. EE WAS KNOCKING OUT THE BOLTS WHEN THE END BIT BROKE FREE AND FELL ON HIS FOOT.

SCRAPED LEG ON A PIECE OF STEEL.

Employee was greasing the plant when he stepped on a stone and turned his right ankle. Ligament damage to right ankle.
