VICTIM WAS REPAIRING PLANT, CHANGING SPEED REDUCER. LOST BALANCE & GRABBED SPEED REDUCER, WHICH WAS IN UNBOLTED CONDITION. FELL FROM HEIGHT OF 2-3', PULLING SPEED REDUCER ONTO SELF. VICTIM HAD CUTS ON FACE, LOST 1 TOOTH, BRUISES TO SHOULDER. RECEIVED STITCHES ON FACE & ASSIGNED PHYSICAL THERAPY FOR SHOULDER.
