An Electrical Apprentice was working in a basket of man-lift pulling wire out of an elevated electrical panel when EE sustained a lower back strain.

Dredge Operator smashed EE's left pinky finger while replacing door liner on dredge. Employee received 6 stitches and returned to work on EE's next schedule work shift.

Dredge operator was cleaning roots out of suction line and was closing the cover to the clean-out when a pry bar, employee was using to close the cover, slipped hitting employee in the left eye lid. Injury resulted in stitches only to the eye lid itself.
