An Electrical Apprentice was working in a basket of man-lift pulling wire out of an elevated electrical panel when EE sustained a lower back strain.

Dredge Operator smashed EE's left pinky finger while replacing door liner on dredge. Employee received 6 stitches and returned to work on EE's next schedule work shift.

Dredge operator was cleaning roots out of suction line and was closing the cover to the clean-out when a pry bar, employee was using to close the cover, slipped hitting employee in the left eye lid. Injury resulted in stitches only to the eye lid itself.

Employee was standing beside a pipeline they were moving to repair a crack, when the banding holding the pontoons broke, and the pontoon hit the employee in the knees. Possible fracture of knee cap, MRI required.

Operator was driving wedges in shaker screen with a hammer and missed the wedge and hit his thumb on the side of the shaker. Employee received 4 stitches.

Dredge operator was sitting in control room of dredge watching gauges when a spider landed on his head and bit him on the top of his head. ** Original online form 234915 **

EE tripped over a piece of grating on dredge pontoon, twisting knee.

WORKING ON DREDGE ON LADDER DROPPED GASKET. JUMPED DOWN TO PONTOON TO RETRIEVE GASKET. INJURING TWISTING LEFT KNEE.

WAS GOING UP A STEEP HILL PULLING HOSE FOR CUTTING TORCH AND PULLED BACK MUSCLE.

WAS PUTTING HAMMER HANDLE IN A HAMMER. WHEN DRIVING WEDGE INTO HANDLE, MISSED & SMASHED FINGER. WAS TAKEN TO DOCTOR AT FIRST HELP CLINIC. RECEIVED 2 STITCHES & RETURNED TO WORK.

DOCTORS ASSUMED IT WAS HEAT RELATED INCIDENT WITH NO RESULTING IMPAIRMENT.

WAS DRIVING LOADER TO LOAD TRUCK & PULLED MUSCLEIN NECK
