Boughton Materials of Illinois, LLC · Struck by falling object

Individual was using a Milwaukee battery chipping hammer to remove clay material built up in the Jaw bypass chute. When the chipping hammer vibrated the back wall behind the material a large chunk broke free and slid onto the employees foot. The employees foot swelled up and employee was directed to local hospital. After examination x-ray revealed a broken bone.
