BILL WEHNER NOTICE THE PIN WAS OUT WHEN HE WAS CHECKING THE SCREEN DISCHARGE. HE TOLD WALT THOMAS & WENT TO GET SOME COTTER KEYS TO PUT BACK IN THE PIN. HE TOLD WALT NOT TO STEP ON THE WALKWAY. WALT TOOK A CABLE HO
