Employee was stepping out of a boat onto land on 8/21/12 when he twisted his right knee, it was later determined through MRI that he had torn his meniscus. Employee has been working until he had surgery to repair on 10/11/12.

Allendale Gravel Co Inc · Struck against stationary object

Employee was stepping up and out of the collection sand pan to go to lunch when he hit his left knee cap on a piece of stationary angle iron. His knee began to swell and it was decided that he should seek treatment/advise from his physician. After x-rays were taken, it appears that he may have chipped his knee cap.
