WE WERE LOADING BAGS OF BENTONITE INTO A SPREADER TRUCK. THE PERSON AFFECTED WAS HOOKING THE BAGS ONTO THE CRANE, WHEN HE WAS OVERCOME BY THE HEAT. THE TEMPERATURE WAS AROUND 90 DEGREES.

EE AND TWO OTHER EE WERE CHANING THE CLUTCH ON THE WELDER TRUCK. THEY WERE PUTTING THE TRANSMISSION ON A TRANSMISSION JACK, THE TRANSMISSION STARTED TO FALL EE PUSHED THE TRANSMISSION TO KEEP IT FROM FALLING ON ANOTHER MANS CHEST AND CAUGHTHIS ARM UNDERNEATH THE TRANSMISSION.
