Fall to the walkway or working surface
Was pumping water out of pit - the suction hose twisted & ee fell twisting right knee, twisted left hip, back & shoulder. Thought he was fine but then later right knee started swelling - infection set in.

WAS MOVING DIRT OUT OF PIT WITH LOADER. WAS BACKING OUT OF PIT AND HAS TO DROP LOADER BUCKET THROWING HIM FORWARD HITTING HEAD ON RADIO. HAD SEAT BELT FASTENED.
