Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object
A miner had unknowingly entered the screening area to assist other miners who had completed a conveyor repair. The injured miner got his left hand pinched in between the conveyor belt and tail pulley. Injuries sustained include broken wrist and cuts on hand and arm.
