Employee was attempting to lift the end of a office desk and pulled a muscle in the left arm. Lifting item.
Employee was pulling chain onto dredge pontoon for repair. Chain got caught on a bolt head of pontoon access panel. When chain popped free, the resulting slack caused employee to slip backwards into the hand railing of the steps built over the lift winch.
